What happens automatically?
  1. The current Merkle root is read directly from SeaDrop.
  2. Without a custom source, the assistant finds the AllowListUpdated event and its allowListURI.
  3. The tree and proofs are generated locally from the complete list.
  4. A manifest is saved only when the on-chain root matches exactly.

Important limitation: If the project file is private or PGP-encrypted, nobody can derive a proof from the root. You then need an unencrypted file or URI from the project, or must use the slower API mode.

Why is the root alone not enough?

A Merkle root is a cryptographic fingerprint of the entire allowlist. It later proves that a leaf is included, but reveals neither the other leaves nor your wallet's path. The sniper therefore needs the complete published list or a ready-made proof from the project in advance.

How Spot Trading works · field help

Paper: records a hypothetical trigger signal; no swap, fill simulation or spending. Live: permits one real Buy or Sell after separate wallet authorization.

  1. Create an order. Select a supported chain, the token contract and its liquidity pool.
  2. Choose the price source: DexScreener polling uses USD and is Paper only. V2 pool events use ETH, BERA or BNB per token and need a configured WSS endpoint.
  3. Set a price target or a percentage move. The percentage reference is the first fresh price after you arm the order. Paper amount is only a hypothetical USD amount.
  4. Select Arm order to start watching until the arming expiry. This alone does not spend funds.
  5. For Live, unlock your vault and select Enable live trading on an armed V2 event order. Choose a wallet, actual input amount, fee and slippage limits, and a separate authorization expiry. Confirm one real transaction.

Buy input: ETH, BERA or BNB. Sell input: number of tokens; sufficient router allowance must already exist. Slippage: 100 basis points = 1%. Gas limit: units of execution work. Fee limit: maximum execution fee in native currency. Price limit: optional maximum all-in buy price or minimum net sell price per token.

Session: authorization needs the current unlocked session, up to 30 minutes. Background: explicit one-order delegation, up to 7 days, which can survive logout and vault lock. Revocation cannot undo a transaction already submitted.

TWAP: planned, not implemented. Grid: use its separate tab for bounded Paper/Live strategies and historical backtesting. Every Live Grid needs explicit wallet delegation; backtest proposals only create Paper drafts. Conditional orders authorize one trade, while Grid delegates repeated trades within immutable limits. Short price dips are not guaranteed to execute.

HOME ASSISTANT · OUTBOUND WSS

Connect DegenNexus safely

  1. Download the integration below and unpack it into Home Assistant at /config/custom_components/degennexus.
  2. Restart Home Assistant, then open Settings → Devices & services → Add integration and select DegenNexus.
  3. Create a device above. Copy its pairing token immediately; it is displayed only once.
  4. Enter this DegenNexus URL in Home Assistant: https://degennexus.duckdns.org, then paste the token.
  5. In Mint or Listings Monitor enable Generic delivery (Webhook / Realtime).
  6. Create a Home Assistant automation triggered by the event degennexus_alert. Use {{ trigger.event.data.summary }} in the message field.

Home Assistant connects outward over encrypted WSS. No inbound port, public Home Assistant URL or HACS setup is needed. Alexa can be selected later as one possible Home Assistant notification action.

REALTIME WSS · GENERIC CLIENT

Build a receiver without Home Assistant

  1. Create a Realtime WSS device above and securely retain the one-time pairing token.
  2. Open an outbound TLS WebSocket connection to wss://degennexus.duckdns.org/api/realtime/ws with header Authorization: Bearer <pairing-token>.
  3. Expect a hello message, then receive alert envelopes. The alert is at event; only the configured safe detail level is included.
  4. After your client has durably accepted an event, send {"type":"ack","delivery_id":123}. Send {"type":"poll"} after reconnect or periodically to receive pending events.
  5. Enable Generic delivery (Webhook / Realtime) on the relevant Mint or Listing Monitor rule.

The connection is outbound and encrypted with WSS/TLS. Detail level and quiet hours are shared with the generic delivery policy. Pairing tokens are revocable and must never be placed in browser code or logs.
